I got this product for me and I got the product for dogs. It''s been great for me and my dog. My digestion has improved and it keeps me regular. It's helped with the digestion of dairy products. My dog recently had surgery and was on an antibiotic and two pain medications. She had regular poops while on the medication. Her appetite was normal and her overall recovery went very well.

Easy to use. Have not seen any improvement yet. Still early.
